General

IRISSERBAN.com – property of SC IRIS DESIGN FASHION SRL, Managing Director: Oana Serban (hereinafter called “irisserban.com” or “we”) runs an online shop under the internet address www.irisserban.com (hereinafter called “website”). All orders placed by you via the website and our deliveries and services are exclusively subject to the following general terms and conditions, in the version that is valid at the time of the order. We reserve the right to modify any information on our online shop (store policies, shipping information, dress descriptions, etc.) without any prior notice to the customer.

Right to return

You may return merchandise that you have received without indicating any reasons within 14 days by sending the merchandise back. The time limit starts running one day after the day on which you have received the merchandise and instructions about the right to return enclosed separately in writing. Returns will be accepted for consideration only when we receive them in the given time limit which means that you must ship it out on time.

In case of a valid return, the mutually received benefits are to be returned. In case that the merchandise has deteriorated, a compensation regarding the value may be claimed. You also can avoid the obligation to compensate the value by not using the merchandise as if you owned it and by refraining from acts that might affect its value. Please note that returns can only be accepted from the original shipping country.

Important Note:

Should the customer not comply with our company’s policies regarding Duties and Taxes, Returns and Refunds Policies, our company reserves the right to refuse the retuned products. Also we will not pay for the Custom Duties and Taxes for the returned products. These are to be paid by the customer as stated in our Duties and Taxes Policies section. Should the customer use a different delivery service than the one booked through our company for the returned products, our company reserves the right to refuse the returned delivery and the refund for the products.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your order within 3 working days from the day you received the Order Confirmation. Any order canceled outside this time frame will lead to a 30% deduction from your refund, along with any additional fees that may apply to your order.

Buying a Gift Card

• • Please log in into your irisserban.com account.
• • Select a Gift Card amount from the drop-down list.
• • Include the recipient’s name, email address, and a personal message.
• • The recipient will receive an email once your order for the Gift Card has been processed and payment has been taken. A copy of your purchase will also be sent to your email and contact number as confirmation of dispatch.
• • If you are buying a Printed Gift Card, then it will be posted to the recipient’s address once your order for the Gift Card has been processed and payment has been taken. An email and text message will be sent to you as confirmation of its dispatch. Please note that shipping charges will apply to Printed Gift Cards, and this will be applied at checkout.
• • We are not liable for any failure or incorrect delivery of an Online or Printed Gift Card due to you failing to provide the correct, current, or complete information about the recipient. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide about the recipient.
• • We are not responsible for any Gift Card that is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
• • We reserve the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.
• • Promotion or discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of a Gift Card, with the exception of free shipping codes which can be applied to Printed Gift Card orders, unless otherwise notified by us.

Using a Gift Card

• • Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. /li>
• • Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products either on irisserban.com or at our store in Bucharest.
• • Gift Cards are non-transferable, can only be redeemed on irisserban.com, and not on any other sites selling our products.
• • Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• • If your order total is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account as store credit and will be redeemed against subsequent orders, for a maximum of 24 months from the date of the card’s initial purchase. You may check your gift card balance online via your “My Account” page.
• • If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card and you have existing store credit on your account, this will automatically be redeemed to cover the remaining balance. Otherwise, if your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card and you do not have any existing store credit on your account, the remaining balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
• • If you return products you have purchased using a gift card, the refund will be credited to your account as store credit and will be redeemed against subsequent orders. You may check your store credit balance online via your “My Account” page.
• • If you return products paid by both gift card and credit card, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment, and the remaining amount will be refunded as store credit.
• • All purchases made using a Gift Card will be subject to the terms and conditions on irisserban.com.
• • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• • Please refer to our privacy policy for more information on how we process personal data in respect of Gift Cards.

Other info

The merchandise offered under irisserban.com is presented on the Website in the format of digital photographs of existing merchandise. Minor divergences of the photographs from reality do not constitute a defect of the ordered merchandise. Unless stated otherwise, all prices include VAT (where applicable).
