Terms and Conditions of Use
General
IRISSERBAN.com runs an online shop under the internet address www.irisserban.com (hereinafter called “website”). All orders placed by you via the website and our deliveries and services are exclusively subject to the following general terms and conditions, in the version that is valid at the time of the order. We reserve the right to modify any information on our online shop (store policies, shipping information, dress descriptions, etc.) without any prior notice to the customer.
The merchandise offered under www.irisserban.com is presented on the website in the format of digital photographs of existing merchandise. Minor divergences of the photographs from reality do not constitute a defect of the ordered merchandise.
You must also take into consideration the technical restriction of colour reproductions on your digital devices and that each order is handmade, hand-draped and pleated, which gives them individuality, but is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Right to return
The following products categories are NON-REFUNDABLE:
- All MADE-TO-ORDER products
- All MADE-TO-MEASURE products
- All BRIDAL products
- Any orders with CUSTOM MADE ALTERATIONS (in size, fabric, colours, details etc.)
- All PRIORITY PRODUCTION SERVICE orders
- All SALE products
The following products categories are EXCHANGABLE:
- MADE-TO-ORDER products
- IN STOCK products
- PRIORITY PRODUCTION SERVICE products
The following products categories are REFUNFABLE:
- IN STOCK products
- ALL PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR EXCHANGE AND/OR REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
For IN STOCK products ONLY, you may return your purchased products that you have received without indicating any reasons within 15 days by sending the merchandise back. The time limit starts running one day after the day on which you have received the merchandise and instructions about the right to return enclosed separately in writing. Returns will be accepted for consideration only when we receive them in the given time limit which means that you must ship it out on time.
In case of a valid return, the mutually received benefits are to be returned. In case that the merchandise has deteriorated, a compensation regarding the value may be claimed. You also can avoid the obligation to compensate for the value by not using the merchandise as if you owned it and by refraining from acts that might affect its value. Please note that returns can only be accepted from the original shipping address and customer.
If you are not entitled for a full refund, you will be contacted by one of our staff members to discuss the terms refund (restocking fee, damage fee, etc.).

Custom Duties and Taxes
Before placing an order, please read carefully our Custom Duties and Taxes policies.
Should the customer not comply with our company’s policies regarding Duties and Taxes, Returns and Refunds Policies, our company reserves the right to refuse the returned products. Also we will not pay for the Custom Duties and Taxes for the returned products. These are to be paid by the customer as stated in our Duties and Taxes Policies section. Should the customer use a different delivery service than the one booked through our company for the returned products, our company reserves the right to refuse the returned delivery and the refund for the products.
Cancellation policy
Orders can be cancelled within three (3) days from the day you received the Order Confirmation email. Any order cancelled outside this time frame will lead to a 30% deduction from your refund.
Should you decide to cancel your order/s, please contact us as soon as possible, in order for us to avoid starting the manufacturing process for your orders.
The same policy applies should you decide to make any changes to your orders.
